Tammy Drummond-Rowland, RN, HWNC
Founder of Luneau Holistic Wellness
Tammy Drummond-Rowland is a Registered Nurse, Holistic Nurse Coach, wellness educator, and author with more than 30 years of healthcare experience.
As the founder of Luneau Holistic Wellness, Tammy combines her clinical background with a compassionate, whole-person approach to help individuals reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, create healthier boundaries, and reconnect with themselves naturally.
Her work focuses on sustainable wellness through nurse-led coaching, mindfulness, breathwork, movement, nourishment, herbal wellness, and lifestyle education — helping people create realistic habits that support long-term emotional and physical well-being.
Tammy is the creator of the 8-Week Reset program and author of Eight Minutes: An 8-Week Path Back to Yourself, designed to help overwhelmed women and working professionals find calm, clarity, and balance through small daily practices.
Through coaching sessions, wellness workshops, greenhouse experiences, speaking engagements, and online education, Tammy empowers others to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and create a healthier, more intentional way of living.
When she’s not working with clients, Tammy enjoys spending time with family, gardening in her greenhouse, creating herbal products, and cooking nourishing meals.
Emily Drummond, PA-C
Emily Drummond is a certified Physician Assistant who earned her PA degree from Gardner-Webb University and holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western Carolina University.
She combines evidence-based medical knowledge with a genuine passion for healthy living to help clients feel their best from the inside out.
Emily believes in simple, realistic nutrition and enjoys empowering individuals to make confident, sustainable choices around food, movement, and overall wellness.
In her spare time, she stays grounded through outdoor activities and soaking up quality time with her beloved furry friends.

Morgan Drummond
Herbal Specialist
A Rutherford County Native and 2013 Graduate Chase High School
2017 Graduate of UNC- Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies.
Lifelong learning of herbal healing -
Morgan has a passion for living a holistic lifestyle, and she is excited to join the Luneau team in order to take part in helping others receive the products they need in order to live more holistically as well.
In Morgan’s down time you will find her in her garden or sun porch growing herbs and making healing tinctures, cooking, and caring for her precious baby girl, along with tending to the animals on her mini farm.
